Julian is an accomplished construction leader with extensive experience delivering complex commercial, industrial and public infrastructure projects across South Australia and Western Australia. His background includes highly operational and stakeholder-sensitive environments, giving him a strong understanding of design integration, construction methodology, programme, commercial management and project delivery.
He has held senior roles including Project Director, State Manager and Senior Construction Manager, with responsibility across project delivery, procurement, design management, commercial performance, resource planning and team leadership. Julian has led multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors across a range of contracting models, with a strong focus on programme, budget, risk and quality.
Julian holds a Building Works Supervisor licence and a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics.
